I actually just take the envelopes and put some other company's junk mail in it and send them someone elses stuff with a note in it that says..."HOW DO YOU LIKE IT!"

I've heard of stuffing envelopes with junk and sending it back, but the box thing ... hmmmm ... makes sense and yeah, I think it would get your name off lists.

I'm somewhat embarrassed to say that I have for *years* now, been sending empty postage paid envelopes back to the companies that send them to me. Never charities or non-profits, but pretty much everyone else.

I'm also embarrassed to say that I lack the ingenuity to have thought that box thing up. What a great idea! I've just got to try it now!

Hehehehee....what I'd really like to do is take all those junk mailers and send 'em off to those detestable telemarketers. Perhaps if they're busy opening packages of rocks, they'd have less time to phone people at dinner hour.

Awesome idea! I regularly send the envelopes back with crap (not literally) in them. Although maybe a kitty poop in the next RNC envelope.
