Tell me what you really think.

Gravatar Here via Michele's.

I have a three-year-old and a eacher for a wife. You bet we keep up on education.

Gravatar My husband is a teacher in a high school where the administration is essentially corrupt. They had a 70% turnover in the last 3 years (since the principal got the job) and the principal browbeats all the new teachers. It is a nightmare, but husband has been there 30 years and has tenure, and you know how it goes. He's not leaving. Instead he is the grievance chairperson and the vice president of the teachers' union, in an attempt to be a buffer. Not a day goes by he doesn't want to commit murder. I only wish he had the principal you've outlined so perfectly.

Gravatar Well said, Mamacita. As a parent and a former teacher, I think you have outlined it perfectly. Honestly, that should be printed in some textbooks. And made into a poster for the principal's office. And maybe the screensaver for his/her computer. And...well, you get the idea.

Gravatar I am not a parent. I am not, nor have I ever been a teacher. However, some of the people that I admire greatly are indeed teachers. One in particular has this glorious way of ranting - tonight Ed is talking about herrrrrrr.

So, I sahall go there.....

Gravatar You rock! Let me tell you, as one ranter to another, I've learned one thing since I started blogging:

Ask a simple question, then look out! You never know where you are going to end up!

Together we could RULE THE WORLD! Bwahahahah!
