Tell me what you really think.

Gravatar I hate it when I lose something. I am constantly spending at least 10 minutes a day looking for something I misplaced while on the phone. Good luck finding the assignments.

Gravatar Whew. I have those "not lost" moments way too often.

Glad you found them.

Gravatar They're not lost, someone must have stolen them. Very soon, the culprit will be overcome with guilt and put them someplace where you can find them.

Happens to me all of the time.

Gravatar I'm like Raehan, I have these moments all the time, although it's because I'm an untidy young lady who has to search among books, discarded jeans and shopping bags to find the missing item.

I'm relieved that you found them. Yay!

Gravatar ". . . a teacher is nothing but a sweating adult in a room full of dictators." This is perfect -- I mean, well, PERFECT!

At least you taught them the material BEFORE you tested them. I just gave a monster test at the end of this week, and one class explained patiently that we had not read the second story yet. Poor little cherubs were right. A mandated diagnostic reading test had thrown me off. We worked out how to handle it, so everything is fine. (It's just a shame that I was being observed by a newbie teacher at the time.)

Gravatar Glad to hear you found them! I misplace my keys and my cell phone once in a while, but mostly I am irritatingly anal about my stuff and so I hardly ever lose anything.

Gravatar I like to keep things neat to a certain degree. However, it also hold true with me that if I put something in a place specifically so that I will remember where it is or so that it is safe there, I will forget where I put it and only find it the next time I clean my room. Which of course, is never major, put must include scraping every hidden corner in my room so as to find anything I tried to put where I would 'remember' where it is.

Gravatar Scattered is the only system I can stick to with any sort of regularity. Hubby's pretty much the same. And unfortuantly none of my children have yet displayed the dormant 'tidy' gene. *sigh* But I can lay my hands on anything my family ask for... unless, of course, I've put it somewhere safe.
