I found t-bone steak on sale at the grocery today - and I should have left it at the store - since it turned out to be more like shoeleather than good meat. Maybe I should have ground it up and made meatloaf....LOL. I can't believe you make lasagna and don't eat any of it. I never cook anything I don't like to eat (except shoeleather).

I have a rule that decorations cannot come out of hiding any earlier than three weeks prior to the holiday. Of course, I've also got a rule that says they've got to be back in their designated storage location by the end of the week after the holiday. I seldom follow either rule, but I keep on trying.

i totally agree, one holiday needs to be over before we bring out the trappings for the next one. (but i do cheat with the Christmas music.)

I admit I have the Christmas music and children's book out now. (The decorations stay put away until after Thanksgiving, but the music, books, and movies make an early appearance here, too!)
