I have a half frozen mush pumpkin in my garden that is the same way. I'm just going to let it rot for now though.

"i don't know how obstetricians stand it"! hahahahahah! funny post. I had a rotten pumpkin once that still had a hard shell. It made the best sound when I threw it to the ground. VEGETABLES GO OFF!

My kickoff to the Christmas season is hosing the rotting pumpkin off of the porch when I put up the wreath. That just happened today.

Save that memory for when you write a horror story. Sounds like it would be a good description for handling a corpse!

Yeah, my pumpkins are on the front deck as I write this. But I think it's 20 degrees out (I would know if my husband would open his Christmas present early!) and maybe it won't be too squishy today to remove it.

I'm pretty sure the Witness's were drawn to the pumpkins, isn't that one of the signs of the end of times?

that was a jeopardy final question: the two publications jehova's witnesses hand out door to door are watchtower and awaken! I grew up reading them in spanish: Atalaya & Despertad!
We skipped the pumpkins, though.

Oh, see I would have used that opportunity to tell them how we were part of the Pumpkins for Christ or something and asked them if they wanted my literature. But, I'm just like that.
