Tell me what you really think.

Gravatar Mmmm...blueberries!

Gravatar It's been a long time since I heard anyone say "a corncob up their.....". And you know what? They really DO walk funny!

Merry Christmas, Mamacita!

Gravatar So...better than Tootsie?

Gravatar Just as I was reading this I flashed on a children's song, "Blueberry Pie." Who sang that? Raffi? Come on, samed aged mother, mistress of music...Oh, dear- now it will play in my head all night.

Anyway, it's the very best sort of pie. I went to school with Robin Williams. Actually he went to the "brother" school of the private girl's school I went to- only because I was on a "teacher's kid scholarship." Gilda Radnor was there, too. the entire "upper school" had 40, count 'em, 40 young women. Radnor and Williams were two years ahead of me but everyone knew everyone and neither one of them were that funny then. Oh well, is this hump day? Is that why I'm rambling?

Enjoy the movies!

Gravatar samed=same
were=was.

Crap. I'm failing comments.

Gravatar Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ... blueberry.

Gravatar I too didn't like the ending of Mrs Doubtfire...but I guess it's more like what happens in marriages today. Couples break up and nothing can bring them back together again.

Btw, the lovely Michele sent me!!!

Gravatar Watch Love Actually with me on Friday, say about 11 am? You in your place, I in mine, popcorn required.

Regarding Joni Mitchell: "She taught your cold English wife how to love."

I became obsessed with this movie last Christmas, and I've seen it about forty times since then, along with 50 First Dates. I get like that about movies and books.

Gravatar I feel the same way about Mrs. Doubtfire...I love it, but I wish everyone would be happy and in love at the end. *sigh*

Gravatar A Tree Grows in Brooklyn has been on my all-time favorites list since I first read it at 11 years old. It's funny you mentioned it today, as I was just thinking about it yesterday. Kismet.
