Ahh the gamers disease. My other half is the same. He can literally lose hours on end. Which can leave us with a very peaceful household when we have nothing planned (most of the time), but is unacceptable when we DO have something planned (not often).

My husband is the same way with NetHack and Kingdom of Loathing. He didn't think he was doing anything annoying until my 2yo daughter started taking on his habits. When he asked her to come to him in an airport to wipe her nose, she said, "Let me just climb up these steps. Let me just go get my drink. Let me just put up my hood." He thought it was eerie to see it in her... and yet, it has not changed his behavior.
