So what you're saying is that we as a society who depend so much on our teachers and who should value them so highly but seem to reward them so poorly also put them in an environment where they can't even do their job the best way they know how? I guess I'm not surprised. I'll bet NASCAR drivers get to go around and around the circle any way they please. Sheesh.
