As for the birds, I used to have them like that in my tree however I bought a BB gun and took a few out. Now they all land in the trees around my neighbors but never mine...hehehehe.
I always think of "The Birds" when they do this. Grackles, black birds, crows they a just a bit scary that way.

Buzzards are the best. Highly beneficial, eating all that roadkill (78% of it nationally). And isn't it clever how they evolved with bare feet and heads so they can sun bake the bacteria right off?

We ate out tonight at local Applebee's.....our sons choice for their bringing home super mid term report cards.
Buzzards are very important in their scavenger role....with out megafauna such as they are, and all the microfauna like bacteria, what would ever happened to the dead stuff?

I have a friend still in your town that is frightened to death of birds. I'm not sure which restaurant you're referring to, but I can tell you that she'll never eat there if this is the view!
They wouldn't bother me at all. I would like to know what restaurant it is, though...LOL
It appears as though people aren't the only ones coming from miles around...
I work next to a lake and we have huge flocks of gull-like creatures that terrorize us. Good times.

I never recovered from seeing the Birds too young, that would have sent me screeching away in horror..
Birds en masse scare me.
