I was actually thinking about my high school friend who died last week. If they had removed the tumor on her pancreas when they first discovered it, instead of having her go through chemo and radiation first, the tumor would likely not have spread to her liver, and her life might have been prolonged with some quality to it.

Why, what were YOU thinking??
