My daughter's general goodby to her dad when he leaves for work "Have fun storming the castle!". I think you two would get along well.

Thank you for that!
So, you see, if we moved near each other, we could work out a much improved lifestyle for both of us.
2PM, huh?
And I am definitely going to read Peter Pan....one day. Maybe that will be my book club pick.

I love opening the car door and and just getting in! I have six yr. old twins who must remain in booster seats for one more year due to state law. The seat in our minivan makes it almost impossible to buckle the belt! The mornings are torture!
We are currently looking for a new car and the kids are thrilled!

Around age 3, my husband and I wanted to freeze them in place. And as much as I miss my growing freedom (they're 7 and 10, now), I miss the mutually, absolutely, adoring relationship we had. And the giggles, and reading a story.
I'm demanding grandchildren, but it won't be the same.

Don't forget Eric, the 'alf a bee, or The Bruce's song or, or, or....
mine know almost all of MP by heart. (they're 19 and 20 now). I shudder to think what we've unleashed on the unsuspecting world.

Hell, I'm just waiting for a time where I can go to the bathroom and not be bothered.
Now promise me THAT day will come!

Oh Mamacita, you're such a saint! I am definitely not at that stage yet. I am at a stage where I go shopping, see a mother with a handful of little kiddies, and think: "AH HA HA HA HA!!!! I can go shopping all by myself and you can't! Nyah nyah nyah!"
I know, I know... I am mean.

Having 3 all 5 years apart, I sometimes feel sorry for 4 year old. He still has to ask for drinks, has to have me buckle his tricky seat, has to have help at the potty sometimes...and I do catch myself sighing, like, c'mon get with the program (meaning - please! mommy is tired of this!) Bad mommy! So, I won't miss it, huh? You might be right.

I still have cute cups, dishes, and spoons. And my boys are in high school and college.
So I guess I'm ready for little ones to visit, although they are usually my nieces and nephew.

I can't talk about it yet. I'm still going from phase one to phase two of motherhood right now. I'm not adapting well.
