I have thought about it, and I think you should apprise your excitable student of the necessity of standard spelling in an email. You can phrase it politely, but can you see this person surviving in the business world? I can't:
"I wuz cuming to the interview at your office (I know you're company name, really!) but I felt like I was cuming down with a thin'g and I didn't want to spread it all over your office. Please send me any questions for me in an email. I will send someone over to pick up an application. I'm 4 Real, I hope U will B 2."
Sometimes it's kindest to let the real world impact their sensitive egos RIGHT NOW.

You must live just passed me then. It was here for, like, oh-idunno, a month or something. And in that month I think I became the gloomiest person in the world. It would let up a little and I'd try to take my kids who had ripped my house apart out somewhere where they could destroy something that wasn't mine and by the time I got there, there were no parking spaces and I'd need to sprint with them in my arms and we'd all be soaking wet messes.
