You are so funny. I was delivering flowers to a client one day for a party that night and she was up on a stepladder, cleaning off the tops of her kitchen cabinets (which were at least 9 feet off the floor). She told me the maids won't clean up there and even though her guests won't know if it is clean or dirty - she would know - so she dusts it whenever she has company coming. Is that weird or what? If it is taller than I am (5'10"), who cares???
We had a birthday party for my son yesterday and the insurance salesman came Friday night. So we took everything that we “didn’t know what to do with” and put it on the bed. It started looking like Mt. Vesuvius. Everyone that came for the party was close family and they knew that was our bedroom behind the closed door, but did that stop my Mother-in-law? NOOOOO! She claims she was looking for a place to put her coat and when she threw it atop Vesuvius, well I can see how Pompeii was destroyed. Then when we wanted to go to bed last night it took an hour to find homes for the junk.
