I don't blame you one bit! I'd be mad too and they ought to pick up the pkgs., deliver them to the correct address AND refund your fees!

Well, ya know, BROWN is the color of sh--.
We have had both UPS and FedEx leave packages on the porch, in plain view of the sidewalk and street, without even the courtesy of a ring of the bell or knock on the door.....

Yeah I like Fedex. UPS and DHL....well....I won't go there.
It's Delurking week, so here's my comment. Though I don't lurk much at your site, I tend to comment semi-frequently-ish.

My husband ordered an autographed baseball from some place and UPS kindly dropped the package over the fence instead of coming to the freaking door. Guess who "received" the package? My huge dog who proceeded to eat the ENTIRE package. ARGH!!

Yeah...ah....UPS "delivered" an opened box from amazon to our flower bed some time late last week. I just found it on Sunday. Jerks. Well at least the person doing the delivery wasn't interested in the Pilates videos after they opened the box so they dropped it after checking out the package.
I'm sure some family member of the UPS driver in Colorado is enjoying whatever was in the "missing" box.

I know of several companies who have dropped UPS as their shipping company recently. I'm not sure what happened, but they have certainly tanked. I that last package is eventually found. I am really mad for you right now!

My kiddos compete on who is first to spot the negative space arrow on the FedEx truck logo. The arrow is supposed to be seen more easily by toddlers than adults.
One reason FedEx is run so efficiently is that the CEO, Fred Smith, is the father of ten children. ;~)

Don't get me started. And don't get me started on blogger, either. Here is the comment I've been trying to post at Jim's but blogger is down over there:
"I usually subscribe to the theory that none of us are really irreplaceable but Jane is an exception. Without her, errant students, hapless middle aged women, feral cats and countless others would flounder in a loveless sea of despair. God bless Jane and Tanya: you are in a boatload of trouble if you two meet up in a dark alley in Heaven."

HOLY FRIGGIN' CRAP for lack of a better crap statement.
The way I see it is that Firestone hit the JACKPOT!
If I knew which blogger was in Manitou Springs I would invite them to our blogger meet in March.

UPS reported that it "delivered" the last Harry Potter book to me, on the day everyone else on earth who preordered got theirs. Trouble is, I was home all day and no one came by! Amazon picked up the tab, but I'm sure a "Brown" family member got my book. What a crock.

I've had the same issue with FedEx. They had on their system that they'd delivered a package to my front door (on a day that everyone was home) but there was no package. I called and reported it (lady who answered was confused) only to have it delivered by them that evening (around 8p). Three days later, I get a note on my door that they'd delivered a package to my house (different package) when there was no package. On checking with FedEx, it wasn't even supposed to COME to my house. It had a different delivery address.
Go figure.

Oh, Mamacita, I won't use UPS again if I can help it. Blizzards or not, their service to Colorado has been miserable. FedEx delivered a package to us on New Years Day (!) but UPS took two weeks to deliver a simple box. My husband and I have more disaster stories and we won't be using them again if at all possible. Sorry you had such a miserable experience.
