You know something? Corn WITHOUT SALT is very dandy. If you got FRESH corn, the sweetness is all the seasoning ONE needs.

Certain kinds of corn are great without salt, others not so. My mother-in-law used to grow a couple of different kinds, and one of them was called candy corn. It was so sweet that it was like dessert. I love green beans--fresh ones? Yummy.
