I think I have read on nearly every blog at one time or another that "if you don't like the weather here, just wait 5 minutes, and it will change". It is certainly like that here. It is 50* today and earlier in the week we had 80+.

If it makes you feel any better, the same thing is happening here in Pennsylvania--though the winters are colder and there's more snow. On the other hand, summers are mild; the AC kicked on less than ten times last summer.

Charlestown is about 1.5 hours or a bit more south of Bedford. Charlestown is down by where I'm from.
