No mud here; we are below average for rainfall already.
I always capitalize it too. I had forgotten that it needn't be (if I ever knew).
I have Spring fever.
Or maybe it's the flu, I can't really tell. 
We've got mud, mud mud...and guess what?? It's nearly TORNADO SEASON!
I actually like this time of year--it seems much more exciting than any other season.
It's the headbanger's ball. As reported earlier, I'm taking grammar into my own hands more often than not. I always capitalize Spring. I have sun issues as well but I have finally found the just right moisturizer with 30 spf and I'm rarely without my goofy hat. I'm not so mad as to be out midday but early morning and afternoons all these bloomin' things make it too hard to stay inside.

Terilliums always thrill me too. Sweet peas are mighty purty but they're not blooming here yet.
Crocuses - (crocii??) I need to finally plant some. I have crocus envy.
The only thing really blooming here are the idiots.
"Gomer Pyle" aka Jim Nabors has a frighteningly good and powerful singing voice. First time I heard him do "Back Home Again in Indiana" at the Indy 500, my jaw dropped. I couldn't separate the twangy yet lovable Marine dimwit character from the actor at first. But he can belt that song out for sure.
Barney? Blech!... Only thing I've ever wanted the purplesaurus for was target practice.
And yes! God Bless Springtime!!!! I can finally kick this cold that's been bothering me since late February. And I can go fishing again! Win, win all around!

I like the birds. Cept this one that seems to always be loudest when I drank too much the night before. I want to take him out rocket launcher style. It is like someone put a bird between the drywall and my house's siding right behind my bed. I like the other ones, him not so much. I also like flowers and junk like you mentioned, they also rock.
