The language in the signs does not appear to be too bad at the moment, but I guess he crosses over the line a little too often, huh?
Why not claim as libel?
Libel is very, very hard to prove, because it is knowingly printing an untruth with malice. You have to prove I know its a lie, you have to prove I was mad. Then you bring attention to it if you go to court. The plaintiff has to prove that whatever was printed is not the truth.
And free speech is free speech.
They closed a homeless shelter AND a battered women's shelter??? Yikes, that's just cold.
gotta LOVE Beffurt. I have not been by there ina while I guess. I had no idea the house was gone. I avoid that side of town as much as possible!
As for the shelter...I often wondered what bank that was too. Inquiring minds want to know.
How about the orange and yellow houses on 16th street? Some people can do what they want with their property, until they want to make money from selling it. Then the MAN says, "You can't sell your property to those people, your property is for residential use only." Not fair.
