Tell me what you really think.

Gravatar Having a bad day, Jane? Or is this the accumulation on peeves, like my school traffic post from Friday? Sometimes we just get fed UP, don't we?

Oh, and BTW...I think you are perfect!

Gravatar What a great post - I only wish that all the annoying people who do all the annoying things would read our blogs. *sigh* A girl can dream.

I remember the first time I saw a "DH" somewhere on the Internet. I grew up in a baseball house; I couldn't understand why this lady kept talking about a designated hitter!

Gravatar Does anyone complain as much as you do? Geeeez!!!!!1

Gravatar Dear Anonymous: Probably not. Maybe if more people did, more people would shape up.

Things must be slow in the Saginaw area tonight, huh.

Gravatar I agree with all of them, but I might let the children have what they want for dinner on their birthdays.....LOL.

Gravatar Not sure about Saginaw, but...things are bad in the world. It's not going to change no matter how mad we get at it. "We" can change and choose to do what we can to make things better, but getting mad just makes us feel miserable...choose to be happy today Mamacita.

Gravatar Hi there... maybe I've just been lucky (and I know I haven't read any school essays lately)... could you please mention what "DH, DS" etc. stand for? I want to be able to cringe like you do when I see them!

Gravatar I am ver curious to what prompted the elevator manners complaint. Blocking the door? Not pushing the buttons? Facing the back?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Gravatar Will you be my new best friend? I am laughing over here and I have read this twice since you posted it.

Gravatar I haven't made it past #1. I refer to my family as the husband, things 1 and 2. just b/c they are not choosing to put their lives out here. As for DH, I think it SUCKS a$$! (smile!)

Love,
d

Gravatar OK, #7. It is revolting b/c the jackass two doors down does that. Well, not HIM, his animal. ARRGGHH!

Gravatar Did someone fart in your elevator today or something? And, I agree with everything in your list. And more. Must run in the family...

Slack-jawed hillapes didn't make your list?

Gravatar I agree with all and #13 really stood out at me. I, for one, am one who has well behaved children and do not fear taking them in public. However, I do fear the way others will react to my children in public. Especially older adults. They immediately see a small child and start to cringe, hide things, or say things they shouldn't say. I don't mind other people reprimanding my child in public if my child is doing something inappropriate. I do mind when people judge my child as a misbehaving child before she does anything. #19-People who take their "pets" out in strollers. ARE YOU FRICKIN KIDDING ME!?!?! and people who treat their pets just like kids and complain their life is so rough because they have pets. One to add--people who take kids to a movie and don't make them sit still or be quiet. Likewise-parents who send their teens out in public who don't know the rules of public decorum.

Gravatar Wow, holy catharsis!

How cool that your home was built by an Amish family. It must be incredible -- I am in awe of the craftsmanship I've seen from the Amish.

I'm with you on the initials... (DH, etc) That has always gotten under my skin! I know they're abbreviations, but they look like the short-hand conventions that kids use IM-ing!

Gravatar Bitch much? You sound so bitter.
