Is nothing sacred? I simply cannot Handel this.
P. S. I will definitely be sharing this with my Music History class in the fall when we study George Frideric. Thanks! Did you know that Handel, Bach, and Scarlatti were all born in 1685?

Oh. MY. GOD! I LOVED this!
We went to see Shawn Colvin once in Boston. She was all alone on stage and started doing a little strummy thing with her guitar. Fifteen or so minutes later, she had managed to do essentially this - she worked her way though at least a dozen or so songs, seamlessly, from James Taylor through the Beatles, Sting, REM - just an amazing range, all without breaking stride. I was jaw-hanging-open astounded.
Thanks for this - it brought back a really great memory!

Finally, during the last minute of this video I was able to view what goes on in my head: many voices, singing different songs, and yet able to harmonize in a way that makes sense to the listener. Or rather, attempts to make sense.
You are correct, it was whimsical!
