well that makes my joints hurt--and I keep thinking I need to add yoga into my exercise routine...
wow, ironic, I just started a yoga based DVD program at home because I NEVER get a chance to go to the gym anymore, and my kids all want to try it with me. My youngest daughter even gets me to get off the couch when she starts doing downward dog. I love this post, too cute!
Every time I lay on the floor (okay, which is every day - so???) my daughter gets out our mats. It's the one thing we both LOVE.
