sorry about your misfortunes, but you tell a lovely tale... Good to have you back blogging. I have one great and wonderful daughter--as you know from my recent post--however, sometimes, on occassion, I envy you having two.

I haven't read much Rushdie, but I have a signed copy of '"Shalimar the Clown." I need to read it, but other things keep jumping in front of it... He spoke here about a year ago and I got the copy and had it signed then. I loved listening to his lecture.
