I watched the liveblog of a panel that Annette was on along with Robin Carnahan (my secretary of state - which was why I watched it) and Marcy Wheeler -- about election reform. I was impressed by Annette. She made some interesting points.

thanks, maryb. glad you were still able to see some of the panels via the live streams. Annette has some great ideas, I'm interested in seeing what comes out of her campaign. She's in a tough race.

Hi Manny - nice write-up. I sat in on the three Latino sessions. There was a New Mexico one where Ben Ray Lujan was a panelist. I was impressed with his background as a Public Regulation Commissioner. He was very smart and knowledgeable about the issues, especially energy. He will make a great addition to Congress.
There were other Latino candidates at Netrots Nation. Congressman Rick Noriega, Tejas. And the candidates celebration introduced a couple of others. I have to look at my notes to find their names.

hi greenchiledem! Ben Ray was a great asset to the crowd at Netroots Nation. Thanks for that report on the panel he sat on, I wanted to get to so many things, but as you know, it was pure insanity for four days.
I never got to meet Rick Noriega, though I did hear him speak at the Club deVille gathering. It would be such a great step forward for this country to have Cornyn retired and Rick on the Hill instead.
