Ummm... It started off okay... Looked like it had potential... But then Doogie Howser started singing and that was it for me... I hate musicals: They are the lowest, dumbest, gayest, annoyingest (yes, annoyingest) form of performance there is... Except maybe ballet.

Since you obviously can't stand Nathan Fillion, I won't suggest you check out "Slither" in which he plays a sheriff battling really grotesque (and funny) aliens, or the last season of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" where he played a not-very-nice priest.

Rice was watching it one day and I walked in and couldn't believe my eyes. Doogie Houser was singing. That caught my attention. BTW, Neal Patrick Harris gets shot by a prostitute in Harold and Kumar's new movie. Hella funny.

Nice post! I love the twist at the end there....

Dr. Horrible was a fun one-off project. Very Joss, as they say, with a little bit of humor, conflict, and an internal struggle with identity vis- à-vis interpersonal connections and emotions. I'll watch NPH anytime, so I had fun.

OK - I totally have to thank you for this post, it's practically a public service announcement. Because I LOVE Joss Whedon. I still mourn the end of Buffy. And loved Firefly, and fillion, and I can't wait for that Dollhouse show to start with the Bad Slayer. And I give big props to Neil Patrick Harris too and I HAD been googling all over the place and couldn't find that stuff.

I whined and rolled my eyes when Unfinished (aka Himself) made me sit down and watch it, but I laughed my butt off. It IS funny.

...I probably will download it from iTunes. Because I need humor in the gym in the am what with all the hating I'm doing, being up at 5:30.
