did you take the phone away from her? THere is smart limits where you can control anyone on you plan. You can disable data, restrict minutes, restrict contacts and even the time of day people on your plan use the phone. I think that Verizon charges $4.99 a month for that service. I sell it ALOT! This seems to be common with teenagers. Sucks.
You can pay the $4.99 a month to Verizon to limit her minutes... but you can easily disable data, texts, and web for free.
You can call them or do it from the My Verizon website. I disabled the above options on my GF's phone. When you try to access them now, you get generic "can't access webpage" or "download failed" messages.
Won't help you in the short term, I know... but the girl sounds like she'll do it again, and again, and again. I'd say take the phone away, but she probably won't pay up if you do. Wotta catch 22.
