Mario, I wonder if the $160m price tag includes implementation services (consulting). And then there is cost of hardware, etc. Not sure your comparisons are valid. Still, a huge price tag; no dispute there! Do you suppose the contract award was in state? Ha!

Mario - point of clarification - the computerworld article on Elance, which sells Services Supply Management software, discussed the price as being $3M-$5M over a 3 year period, not per year. So the contrast with the $160M proposed package is even greater.
