Mario, be careful to jump on this one too quickly as a 'scam'. You may end up eating your words.

Honest even though that comment echoed my thought I e-mailed to you - it wasn't me.

From the Herald... "It also found a low likelihood that two key aircraft sales contracts would materialize due to a history of bankruptcies accompanying the CEO of one purchaser and the lack of available information for the other."
This is worth looking at...
ACCRA, Ghana--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2005--Today officials of Global Air Group and Afra Airlines announced the merger of the two airlines and the signing of an engagement letter with Babcock & Brown to facilitate the purchase of 100 Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc., FF-1080-300 freight aircraft valued at US$1.2 billion and ordered by Global Air Group late last year.

"Navajos to proceed on airplane deal deemed risky by state"
To coin your phrase Mario.. Luckily the Navajo Nation seems to be more trusting than the state Finance Authority and can sniff out a good opportunity.

I am an investor and www.Globustrust.com is my broker.
Globus recommend LSHJ and bought 1,320,000 shares last year with 12 months restrictions. They are selling my LSHJ and buying 6,070,000 AMUC shares with 12 months restriction and I have to pay US$27,000 commission.
Globus confirms that they will sell 25% of AMUC on or before December even though 12 months restriction.
Accoring Globus accounting, I own over 6 million shares in Utilicraft where as company is worth only 8 million.
