You know it's not carte blanche as well as I do. The right to organize is NOT beloved of many folks in business, but more of them than "free-market" ideologues.

Markets are great things - they're absolutely essential to the functioning of society, and the best way to organize lots of information. I tend to think a major reason for government is to protect participants from rigged markets.
