If this gets passed, the business community will find away to deal with it. That is the beauty of the capitist system. Some will comply, some will move to another jurisdiction, some will change with the way they compensate their employees, and some will reduce their staff to get under the 10 employees rule. Accorn will declare victory and the people that "Accorn supports", the less fortuate, will be the losers.
