Richardson has done nothing to rid of Gang Terrorist, Narcotic Traffickers, Domestic Violence and DWI in the State of New Mexico. Richardson is now thinking about the problem (s). Northern New Mexico is a prime example of Richardson's failure and non-action's while New Mexico is ranked number one in heroin abuse in the United States. Drug Awareness programs are not Richardson's priority and he only set aside $150,000 for the Program. Richardson should be ashamed of himself for not acting on the Heroin Abuse Problem.
