INTERESTING TO ME IS TODAY IS ALSO THE DAY THAT THE BCSO SURROUNDS A TRAILER AND IT TAKES AT LEAST 5 HOURS TO SECURE A SEARCH WARRANT FOR A TRAILER, THAT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE OFFENDER IS INSIDE. I WILL POINT OUT THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO DO THIS PROCESS WITH EVERY HOUSE HE IS THOUGHT TO BE IN OR HAVE ENTERED, UNLESS PERMISSION IS GRANTED AND SOMEONE IS HOME.

IN A NATIONAL SECURITY CASE, BETWEEN THE NSA, FBI, ETC ETC, THE LEGAL EXPERTS ON HOW TO WRITE THE WARRANT AND THE LEGALITY, AS COMPARED TO THE TIME BEFORE THE BOMB GOES OFF OR DIEASE COMES ACROSS THE BORDER. MY BET IS THAT THE ISSUE OF POLICY, PROCEDURE AND RULES WILL WIN OUT THE TIME ISSUE, OVER THE SECURITY ISSUE. ESPECIALLY IF THIS RED HERRING OF INVESTIGATING OR IMPEACHING BUSH, COMES TO FRUTRITION.
THESE SO CALLED LEGAL, CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES, WITHOUT VICTIMS, PARTICULARLY, ARE BETWEEN LAWYERS OF TWO PARTIES, WHO CAN NOT UNDERSTAND OR INTERPRET THE LAW, IT'S INTENT OR ITS PURPOSE. A GOOD LOOK AT THE RECENT NM 58 PAGE VOTER LAW, APPEARS TO PROVE ME OUT, AND THAT NM MEXICO EDUCATION WAS PROBABLY MUCH BETTER WHEN OUR LEGISLATORS ONLY HAD 8TH GRADE EDUCATIONS.
