The immigration problem especially from Mexico is one that will take the wisdom of Solomon to solve.
I take a liberal view and believe we should somehow open our border more with Mexico and make it easier to enter legally.
Having said that I believe the governor has a duty to uphold the law and he does not appear to be doing it when he makes allowances for 'illegal immigrants'.
SCREW the ILLEGALS, We should be thinking more about out own rights here!!! The REAL ID acti is unconstitutional all around and will make law abiding US citizens Subject to illegal tracking!
I can't believe how people are so unconcerned about this act. It will be a bigger invasion of your individual privacy then ever before.
The New real ID law states that without the federal ID you will not be allowed in ANY federal building so Veterans will not be allowed access to VA health care if they Don't get a national ID card. Seniors will not be allowed intothe Social security office if they don't get a national ID card. Individuals will NOT be allowed on Airplanes with out a national ID card. Plus YOur National ID card MAY contain your biometric data such as your finger prints, retinal scan data and or DNA data. Your National ID card MAY also contain an RFID (radio frequency ID device) that can be read by scanners in door ways in many places. The Law also allows the Federal goverment to GIVE your information to the governments of Canada and Mexico.
People really need to get together and start paying attention to this as it WILL cause a loss of your constitutional freedoms. This act along with NAIS are being created to take control of the Population and create a dictatorship without firing a shot.

Illegals get tax refunds, illegals get tax breaks i.e. deductions. Illegals get the take the additional Child Tax Credit for child they do not support. I work in the IRS ITIN department. Everyday I process about 50 tax returns 30 of those tax returns are filed by illegals who are using a stolen SSN. I have even processed Tax refunds for people who are using the SSN of people who died over 40 years ago. Others use the SSN of person born in December 2007. And just incase you are wondering....No the IRS does not do anything about it. The IRS blindly, without question or hesitation pays out tax refunds to illegals who file and work using stolen SSN. Stop all tax incentives that are blindly paid out to illegals and that will stop the influx of illegals.
