What about PRC chairman Ben Rey Lujan? He seems to have avoided the treasurers scandal.
Wasn't Ben Junior Treasurer Montoya's right hand man?
It's deeper than it appears.

What about the individuals that are hired as political appointees. Paul Shipley and Gilbert Gallegos could go on a long vacation and they wouldn't be missed. The only words that come out of their mouths are "it(any criticism of the governor)is a political attack on the governor's agenda". They don't address any issue, the train, the political hiring, the pay to play system to get government business, nothing. A parrott could do their jobs.
And then you have Bill Hume, slobbering drool sitting in the corner of the governor's office collecting a salary of $90,000 a year. What a joke.
And then they blame Governor Johnson for everything, after 3.5 years in office. Amazing

Let's keep in mind that even though the Santa Fe New mexican article quoted here has a Gary Johnson quote that he never did the same, I interned in his office. We had employees in the Governors office that were paid by other departments and never worked back at their own agencies. This was so we could have a large staff while appearing on paper to be frugal. They all do it...
