We need to get away from the attitude that as long as someone else is doing something worst, we should get a pass.
People in New Mexico continue to re-elect politicians that are corrupt because it has always been that way.

However, as a general proposition, would it be a good idea to require all such offers of free [transportation or whatever] to be posted 12 hours in advance, on the government website of the Al Gore Highway?
