Seems like the big mistake Madrid made was giving the case over to the feds and helping with their investigation. Clearly Republican golden boy US Attorney David Iglesias screwed this one up big time. If this case wasn't a slam dunk I don't know what is.

If these federal prosecutors knew what they were doing that lone juror wouldn't have been part of the pool.

I found myself laughing this morning about the Vigil trial. The judge threw out the money laundering charges, and yet assuming he is paying for his defense with ill gotten gains, the money is being laundered through his attorney.
