What did Richardson and the regents of Highlands expect? For Manny to be a great President, a wise sage that would move the institution forward?
What did they honestly think when the movida was pulled by Richardson to place Manny as the head of Highlands?
Manny Agagon is a fat disgusting corrupt thug.
Highlands will pay him off for the remaining time on his contract approx. $330,000 and he will use that to defend himself against the fraud and kickback indictment which is rolling around the bend?
The sooner Manny is in prison and out of the public eye the better.

As someone who has witness Senator Aragon attack lobbyist, state employees and citizens who were testifying before a legislative committee just because he could; he made every committee hearing personal.
He attacked Gov. Johnson and his appointees with venom and attacked Democratic and Republican house members because he always thought he was smarter and more powerful than them. It was a sight to be seen.
So I revise and extend my remarks,

I agree with Mr. Garcia's description of Manny Aragon. It is very accurate indeed.
The Albuquerque Journal story states that there are allegations of bias by Mr. Aragon. That is also New Mexico's dirty little secret. This state is built on corruption and bias and I am getting out of here as fast as my little Anglo legs will carry me.
Good bye New Mexico, I will move elsewhere and watch this hell hole slowly sink into the pit. Look to people like Manny Aragon to bail you out. I hear he might have a few extra bucks he is willing to loan.
How does Levi Chavez Sr. former employee to the NM Fraud Board fired for falsifing vouchers fit in with this mess? Could the Tera Chavez death be linked to this scandal?
