why don't you point out the part of the study that's relevant- that New Mexico's per capita personal income GREW by 5.6% last year, well ahead of the national average, and the 12th highest rate in the country. New Mexico may still be a relatively poor state, but it's getting richer under Governor Richardson. You don't have to give his policies credit for it, but you should at least acknowledge that it's true, and that if we were slipping under him, you'd sure as hell be holding him accountable. How about a little intellectual honesty, Mario?
