All one has to do; is look at Jim Baca's term as mayor. He refused to follow the law regarding the budget, spent money never appropriated and left the city in horrible fiscal shape. If Pat Lyons doesn't point this out during the election shame on him.

How anyone could vote for Jim Baca is beyond me.
