I do not think it fair to place any blame on Governor Richardson. He has more important details to deal with, such as getting name recognition before the upcoming democratic primaries.
I am sure that he is looking forward to putting all the problems in New Mexico behind him.
If Diane Denish inherits the problems, do you think she will blame them on Richardson or Gary Johnson?
