Thanks for the link to my Alibi article. Something's definitely wrong with Madrid's position. She's been invited to take action now...she can't deny getting the whislteblower memo any longer. So why is she still not doing anything about Vigil? She could go ahead an charge him with all the state crimes for which there is a ton of evidence from the federal case. But all she does is to protest she is but an innocent bystander to this mess.
