The other thing that is being overlooked here is that Jan Goodwin has been Secretary of Tax and Revenue since 2003. Has she been silent all of this time during the Richardson administration? I think not I bet there have been more than one informal conversation between Ms. Goodwin the AG’s office and the Gov’s office.
