I seem to remember another candidate dodging debates but I am sure you defended his actions; the person was George Bush when he was challenged by Kerry. I am sure you defended the decider’s decision not to engage his challenger because it is impossible for a party loyalist to find fault in the president. A true conservative would be outraged with the republicans and demand change.
