At the very least, members of the House Page Board's job should be to protect the underage pages from contact like Foley's.
I would like to know what sort of safeguards they had in place to protect these teens from people such as Rep. Foley. Perhaps Wilson can shed some light on this.
Unless, of course, Wilson wasn't doing her job.
LP, do you really think that the majority of our Congressional Representatives are sexual predators in search of young boys? If so, I've given you much too much to credit.
It is ridiculous to think that this should be the primary focus of the Page Board. Until this scandal broke, I would imagine most people would think that Congress was the least dangerous place for these children. My guess is that the Page Board's primary focus was to give these children a front row seat to the inner workings of Congress.
Let's get real. This approach is beneath you.

I think Blackmail has a lot to do with Sex in DC, what with the hidden cameras and secret wiretaps. The USA is at the height of obscenity not just with Britney Spears harming the sacred institution of Marriage and shaking her milfy tits around, legalizing torture, lying to start a war, looting the treausry, destroying the Bill of Rights is obscene. Bush has borrowed more $ then all other Presidents combined! Bush has issued more tyrannical signing statements then all other Presidents combined. I'm not a Democrat, I think all the bums should be brought to justice. I just think your blind alliegence to Bush/Cheney/Wilson/The Troops/Stay the Course does more harm then good.
