Why was your table only able to count one ballot in four hours? Was only one ballot distributed to your table, or were the counters not able to decide on the results on the ballot?

Only one uncounted ballot was distributed to our table in four hours. We counted that ballot quickly, and then sat and waited. In the last fifteen minutes of the four hours, ballots that had already been counted were distributed to our table to recheck tallies. They were all correct.
This is either the most mismanaged process ever, or someone is really trying to postpone the inevitable.

Can anyone doubt that "they" are hoping everyone will get sick and tired of this horsey-doo and take their eyes off the ball?

Latest report is that it may be Monday before the results are announced.
If this is a precursor of the next four years, we are in for a rough ride.

I watched 'The Line' tonight. A point was made that a recount might show an error in the counting machines. If they are inaccurate in an original count why would would that number be any more accurate that the recount which might be inaccurate as well. Would a subsequent run show a different count? That could be never ending.
You either believe the machines or you don't.

Mike that was exatly the point that I was trying to make in addition to the fact that a machine count is far more accurate than a human count.
