When the public servant was asked a question about his public service; "Smiley" Gallegos told the reporter, "Your asking stupid questions again, and I don't want to talk to you."
Public servants cannot be compelled to answer legitimate questions about their public service. What's wrong with that premise?

Rael’s perception at this point is that these individuals were misled
Gomez said Wednesday that she moved into her home nearly two years ago, then tried repeatedly to formalize a deal to lease, then purchase the property.
She said that Gallegos sought her advice on two legal matters involving his children and that she dismissed a traffic ticket issued to him after Gallegos claimed someone else had used his identity in getting the ticket.
Gomez also canceled an arrest warrant that had been issued for Gallegos in the case by another judge.
Gomez said she "would have done the same for anybody" but also said: "I know the whole issue of not paying rent looks bad, smells. ... I don't think it was because I was a judge or I was given any special consideration."
Don’t you just got to love it, she doesn’t pay rent or a mortgage for nearly two years and she doesn’t think it was because she was a judge or that she was given special consideration and in the meantime she gets Gallegos out of not one but two legal jams.
The judge signed an agreement in July to buy the home for $170,000, but Rael has canceled the sale at least temporarily.
Ortiz said in a letter to Rael in October that she and her boyfriend were "defrauded and victimized" by the Region III Housing Authority.
She lives rent free on the taxpayers dime and she is the one that is victimized…go figure.

It would be great to have someone to get me out of legal jams...
...oops... I haven't been in any. I wonder why not?

When were you going to tell us that this is happening?
"AG looks into housing authority scandal
At the request of the State Investment Council, the attorney general’s office is looking into the scandal that toppled the state’s regional housing authorities earlier this year."

Geez Michelle, cut me a little slack. I can't be expected to know every bit of news as it's breaking. Heath just reported it this morning.
But now that you bring up AG investigations, how is she making out on that Serna case? Just wondering.

I am so glad that Mario Burgos from NY allows us to know where to find him to sue!
Mr. Burgos should read the audit reports (11 in total) that have exonerated Mr. Gallegos of any wrong doing. Mario's lack of knowledge and ingnorance is only preceded by his republican neo con agenda that he is perpetuating and feeding the unaware public here.
By the way he should go back to NY, as we NM Natives can not stand the thought of any more like him and his bastard brood wanting to come here to pollute our society, not only with their stench but slander of our state fathers.
I can't wait to see your blog after Mr. Gallegos attorney has served you with a liable and slander suit.
Based on your now featured lies I doubt you'll mention it. I am sure you'll will go away like you're president is going to do shortly though.
