How you hand out Drivers license is articulated in the New Mexico State Statues. If Governor Richardson would impose this, I would hope, but not expect for the ACLU to file a lawsuit to overturn. He is a dictator and someone should take him on.
Where are the legislators???
I consider this idea to be a parental TOOL to help parents encourage their kids to stay in school and work hard.
I like this idea of delaying privileges for our up and coming citizens who choose irresponsibility.
If you consider it a good idea, then let the elected New Mexico legislators pass a law. That is how the system is suppose to work.
