Really, it might help to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill. But, you may be correct that a black market for arms will emerge. The infrastructure and demand is certainly created by the insane drug war.

Chase is raising minimum payments by 150% in August! It is on KOS now!
If you used Chase low interest for the life of the loan, your minimum payment is going to double plus another half. If you make a 400.00 min. payment, your payment will go up to 1000.00 per month. If you can not make this payment, you can lower your payment if you accept a 30% rate for the retroactive balance!
I suggest bankruptcy immediately.
This will disrupt mortgage and employment qualifications. This will be a disaster for the economy.
