Ah, the adobe wall. That's what you have struck ... and to no effect, except we now know that lawyers wrote the FOIA and lawyers interpret the FOIA.

Don't give up, if nothing else, the responses from the bureaucraps will reinforce what you already know, i.e., "nothing from nothing ain't nothing."
