Umm, doesn't she pay them to vote for her? And didn't she bully an attorney over the phone before an elections?
Republicans had better not make too much of this.
Furthermore, those Republicans who haven't called Bush/Cheney out for their 'pay for play' in Iraq are in no position to comment on the Dems recent troubles.
Richardson has hired some reporters over his term in office but that doesn't change the fact that the Journal has remained consistently hostile towards him throughout his time in office. I'd estimate that two out of four Sunday front pages had a negative headline about Richardson. Eighty or so percent of those articles were about very minor things that they never would have called Gary Johnson out for.
I don't really watch local TV News so I don't know what their attitude is towards Big Bill.
That said, as someone active in the NM Democratic party Richardson is much more corrupt than your standard issue Governor and, if that weren't bad enough, he treats it with a casual sense of entitlement that makes one's stomach churn.
His personal behavior is also beyond the pale and I have no idea how its stayed out of the national media. He's drunk in public on a weekly basis and, usually when drunk, is very aggressive with women, particularly young ones.
I suspect that if he had actually had any significant support in the Dem primaries - say 12-15% - his laundry would have been aired in front of the whole country.
You can easily look up Heathers voting record and find a contribitor who benifitted from the vote. Not buy access, hahahaha, the dude doesn't stand a chance in a run for guv against Diane.
But who will protect the nation's children from some of Janet Jackson's boob Fred?
