As one hardcore democrat said to me recently "McCain is looking better all the time'.
The gasoline tax holiday will do nothing but increase the national debt. Nothing but more fiscal irresponsibility from the Republican party. BTW why do things to increase consumption, which will only give higher gas prices after the gas holiday is lifted? Less consumption itself, could lower the demand and reduce prices more than what a gas holiday could do. Mario, apparantly McCain isn't the only one who doesn't understand Economics,(his words,not mine).
McCain is trying to have it both ways with that NCGOP ad. He says he wants the NCGOP to drop the ad, yet he has not personally contacted them. He is all but happy to see the ad run.
We have seen real wages drop the last 8 years for the working class, and McCain promises more of the same Bush policies. It is McCain who is sure to keep them bitter. Hell he just stated Americans are not willing to do hard labor for $50 an hour.
